Richter’s Burger Co. at Universal Studios Florida Ends Mobile Order

Richter’s Burger Co. at Universal Studios Florida is no longer offering mobile order, despite Universal Orlando Resort previously pushing it at every quick service restaurant.

No More Mobile Order at Richter’s Burger Co.

Mobile order is available throughout Universal Orlando Resort via the resort’s app. After ordering, guests either pick up their order at a window or input their table number and have it delivered. This varies depending on the restaurant.

We initially thought the service may have temporarily paused at Richter’s, but all the table numbers have been removed. Team Members don’t know why the change was made.

Richter’s still lists mobile food ordering on the Universal Orlando Resort website and app, but there is no way to use the service. Guests can order in person at the counter.

Other quick-service restaurants in Universal Studios Florida still offer mobile ordering.
