Butterbeer and Gilly Water have both increased in price at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Studios Hollywood.
Butterbeer & Gilly Water Price Increases

It appears several of the iconic Harry Potter beverages have seen a recent price increase at Universal Studios Hollywood. During a visit on September 29, all standard cold, frozen, or hot Butterbeer had gone up in price from their previous $9 to $9.50. Gilly Water also increased in price from $5.50 to $6.
Most online menus haven’t been updated to reflect these changes, but we saw Team Members ring up the new prices in-person at a Butterbeer cart.

The online menu for The Three Broomsticks does list the increased price for Butterbeer, though most of the other website pages have not yet been adjusted.
Team Members nearby confirmed this is the most recent price change to hit food and beverage in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and that the Butterbeer and Gilly Water prices just changed sometime within the past few weeks.
Butterbeer and Gilly Water

Butterbeer is a specialty themed beverage available at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter with a signature butterscotch or caramel flavor. It comes in both hot and cold varieties, and often is the inspiration of other specialty snacks or desserts around the land.

Gilly Water, meanwhile, is a standard water bottle with a special packaging themed to Harry Potter. The water is regular with no unique flavor, but the wrap around the bottle has a logo for an in-world brand that is not available elsewhere in the park.
Meanwhile, many beverages and snacks also saw a price increase over at Universal Orlando Resort earlier this March. At that time, several Harry Potter snacks and meals had their prices increased.
