El Ranchito del Norte Reopens in Mexico Pavilion at EPCOT

The El Ranchito del Norte merchandise kiosk has reopened in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion after five and a half years.

After closing during the Covid-19 Pandemic, El Ranchito del Norte has reopened with EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival. At this kiosk on World Showcase Promenade, find Mexican gifts and souvenirs, including flags, apparel, maracas and more.

A small gift shop in the Mexico Pavilion, El Ranchito del Norte, offers souvenirs, bags, and stuffed toys near the entrance.

According to the Walt Disney World website, the kiosk’s hours are the same as the rest of the World Showcase, typically 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

It did not look as though any new merchandise was released with the reopening, which reportedly occurred on August 28, with the 2025 return of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.

The kiosk sells many of the same merchandise items from inside the pavilion, such as those from La Cava de Tequila, the Mexican artisanal items, and Thee Caballeros merchandise.

Another store that recently reopened, although reimagined, is the Prairie Outpost store in Magic Kingdom. Prior to Covid-19, Prairie Outpost and Supply was home to confections and other treats such as candy apples, Mickey Rice Krispy Treats, and pre-packaged snacks. Now, the store has re-opened as a Chapel Hats location.
