This year’s Halloween Harbor Greeting at Tokyo DisneySea has set sail, and we’ve got the full video of it for you to enjoy!
The character Harbor Greeting is a mainstay in Tokyo DisneySea and received its first Halloween overlay in 2022. This year’s theme is all about jack-o’-lanterns, candy, and the old-fashioned tradition of trick-or-treating!
According to the official description from the Tokyo Disney Resort website:
Join the fun with a trick-or-treat-themed dance, as Mickey Mouse and his friends appear on a boat carrying lots of sweets and a large pumpkin for a fun and lively Halloween.
Aboard the boat are a cohort of eight Disney friends all dressed up for Halloween night: Chip and Dale in classic pumpkin costumes, Daisy in an orange witch dress, Mickey and Minnie in a matching orange and purple candy-bedecked ensemble, Donald in a bright green suit with a pumpkin hat, and finally Duffy as a jack-o’-lantern with ShellieMay as a scarecrow.
The 10-minute-long show features the boat sailing around the Mediterranean Harbor as Mickey and friends welcome you to the spooky season with a cute Happy Halloween song and dance. Even the jack-o’-lantern on the boat joins in the magical, musical fun!
The boat is the same vessel used for the Christmas Harbor Greeting, but is now festooned with “Trick or Treat” banners, candy, and spiderweb decorations. There is also a large animated jack-o’-lantern face whose eyes and mouth move as it sings.
The Halloween Harbor Greeting takes place in Mediterranean Harbor at Tokyo DisneySea, and will run until October 31, 2025. It occurs twice daily at 1:15pm and 4pm.
