Ready to ring in 2026? CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort has now released its upcoming New Year’s Eve events.
New Year’s Eve 2026 Events
Festivities for the New Year celebration begin at 4 p.m. on December 31, 2025, at Universal CityWalk and continue through the night until 2 a.m. on January 1, 2026. Right at 4 p.m., until 12:30 a.m., guests can enjoy live entertainment on the Waterfront Stage.
Head toward the Red Coconut Club, and you’ll find more DJs throughout the Promenade. The DJs will be playing music from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., with a throwback dance party for the last two hours of the night between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m. A confetti storm will rain down on the Promenade and Plaza Stages at midnight to mark the new year.
The Zee-R band, a classic rock group, will also be performing several shows throughout the night. These 45-minute shows will take place at 8:45 p.m., 9:45 p.m., 10:45 p.m., and 11:45 p.m.
But if you’re looking for a big blowout when midnight comes, Pat O’Brien’s will have a light pyrotechnics show when the New Year countdown is over.
Vivo Italian Kitchen
Just for New Year’s Eve, VIVO Italian Kitchen is hosting Sip & Bites. Sip & Bites is a ticketed event on the patio at VIVO, where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat, bite-sized portions of some of VIVO’s dishes accompanied by a champagne toast at midnight.
The VIVO patio is also seated right next to the Plaza Stage in CityWalk, so you’ll be able to enjoy the performances from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Some of the items offered during Sip & Bites include:
- Bruschetta
- Shrimp cocktail
- Short rib and risotto
- Ravioli
- Mini meatballs
You can also enjoy the Trio of Desserts at VIVO for New Year’s Eve, which includes a fluffy tiramisu, creamy black forest trifle, and a decadent fig and amaretto panna cotta.

- Tacos – with your choice of al pastor, chicken tinga, or nopales topped with diced onions, cilantro, pickled cabbage, and chipotle aioli
- Mexican Baked Potato – with your choice of chicken tinga or pork carnitas topped with queso, pico de gallo, Oaxaca cheese, and cilantro
Bob Marley’s Food Cart
- Off the Grill – with your choice of beef, chicken, prawns, or plant-based with black pepper bammy (traditional Jamaican cassava flatbread) and pomegranate barbecue sauce
