Our reporter spotted multiple decorations added to EPCOT as it prepares for the 2026 Festival of the Arts. We noticed these decorations at the entrance, around World Showcase, and at the CommuniCore festival stage. The miniature train village in the Germany Pavilion has joined in on the decorations as well.
EPCOT Festival Of The Arts Entrance Decorations

Nearly all of the pillars at the entryway of EPCOT have received decals with the festival logo on it, accompanied by Figment posing or another EPCOT-themed image.

This includes but is not limited to Figment holding an oversized paintbrush and a blue paint can, a tube of paint with Spaceship Earth in light blue, and Spaceship Earth held up with various colors.
Festival of the Arts Stage Decorations

The festival stage for 2026 has been set up. There is a large purple paint splatter with the festival logo, as well as giant tubes of paint in different colors.

Showtimes have not been added yet, but according to the official Walt Disney World website, this stage will have live musicians and visual art performances throughout the day.
Festival of the Arts Banners

Lastly, our reporter spotted the banners for the 2026 edition, which are a close match to the previous year’s style. They each feature the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts wordmark, with “Arts” highlighted thanks to rainbow lettering. One of the designs features World Showcase buildings, hot air balloons, and Spaceship Earth.

In solidarity with World Showcase, banners in the miniature train village between the Germany and Italy pavilions have also been added. These match the current designs of the World Showcase banners.

See our first look at the 2026 map here, and our first look at some annual passholder merchandise here. We also found out about the German band Die Couchies returning for this year’s festival. A concept art exhibit has been unveiled between Club Cool and the Creations Shop, and the Lorcana quest distribution point has become visible as well. It’s looking to be a cold weekend for the 2026 opening, so make sure you are well prepared with our full artist guide as well as a full food guide before the event starts.
Be sure to check back on the first Festival day on January 16, as we will have reviews of every new offering for the 2026 Festival of the Arts.
