Disney shared a preview of new menu items coming to the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.

At The Artist’s Table will be the Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad: romaine and red oak lettuces, warm water lobster, radishes, herbed breadcrumbs, and housemade Caesar dressing.

The Figment Fantasy Cake will be at Figment’s Inspiration Station at The Odyssey. This is sponge cake filled with strawberry whipped cream, and topped with white chocolate ganache, orange icing, and white chocolate Figment wings.

The Sparkling Spectacle Gâteau from Deco Delights is vanilla bean mousse with a golden caramel center and an apricot jam with a hazelnut cookie. Also at Deco Delights will be the Boyd & Blair Espresso Martini.

Over at Pop Eats! will be the Croque Monsieur-inspired Grilled Cheese: Black Forest ham, gruyère, and béchamel sauce served with tomato soup.

Pop Eats! will also have the Black de Bleu Cuvée Mousseux with fruit-juice filled pearls.

The last new item revealed is Chapter 3: Tea Treat from Fictional Victuals. This is Twinings Earl Gray chocolate pot de creme, lemon madeleine, and rose and raspberry jam in a tea biscuit crumble.
Disney’s video about the food (below) also teased 57 new food and beverage items, plus the Figment Artist Bucket with rainbow popcorn. There will be 135 exclusive items total (58 food items and 77 drinks).
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts 2026
Crews have begun preparing tents for artist galleries and installed signs throughout the park. The festival’s official poster features Figment. Check out our full guide to the artists exhibiting at this year’s festival.
Returning offerings also include the Disney on Broadway Concert Series, Figment’s Brush with the Masters Scavenger Hunt, Expression Section, Animation Academy, Artful Photo Ops, and exclusive festival merchandise.
New Disney Lorcana activities will debut with exclusive promo cards available.
The 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will run for 39 days from January 16 until February 23.
