Disney+ shared that four animated miniseries spanning Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel have been nominated for multiple Annie Awards, including “Best TV Media – Limited Series” across the board.
Four Disney+ Series Nominated for Annie Awards

Pixar’s ‘Win or Lose’
Pixar’s first original series, the sports-oriented original series Win or Lose leads the 2026 Annie Awards television nominations overall with six nods:
- Best TV Media – Limited Series
- Best Character Animation – TV/Media
- Best Character Design – TV/Media
- Best Music – TV/Media
- Best Storyboarding – TV/Media
- Best Writing – TV/Media
Marvel Animation’s ‘Marvel Zombies’
Based on the popular comic series, Marvel Zombies brought the undead Avengers to the small screen and earned two Annie Award nominations:
- Best TV Media – Limited Series
- Best FX – TV/Media
‘Star Wars: Visions – Volume 3’
The third season of the acclaimed anime anthology series Star Wars: Visions includes nine standalone stories animated by different renowned Japanese studios. It also earned two Annie Award nominations:
- Best TV Media – Limited Series
- Best FX – TV/Media
Marvel Animation’s ‘Eyes of Wakanda’
Another entry from Marvel Animation, Eyes of Wakanda follows the Hatut Zeraze as they retrieve valuable Vibranium artifacts from across the world. It’s nominated for the Annie Award for Best TV Media – Limited Series.
All four series are currently streaming on Disney+.
