Four Universal Orlando Resort guests attacked an employee who refused to validate all of their parking tickets.
Universal Orlando Guests Attack Team Member

The incident took place at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel. The four guests involved have been identified as Olivia Brito, Diorte Humberte, Amanda Brito, and Laura Alonso Carvalho.
According to WESH 2, the guests were dining at a hotel restaurant where the team member worked as a hostess. As the four guests were leaving, they asked to have their four parking tickets validated so they would not have to pay for parking.
The team member only validated two of the four. Amanda Brito became upset, picked up the parking stamp, and validated her own ticket. The guests then exited and went to the parking lot. But, the hostess contacted the parking attendant to tell them she had not actually validated all the parking tickets.
The guests returned to the restaurant about 20 minutes later and demanded, again, that the team member validate their tickets. The team member again said she wasn’t able to validate the tickets. Amanda Brito then began banging the restaurant-owned iPad on the hostess’ desk. Moments later, she hit the team member in the face, causing her to fall to the floor.

Olivia Brito, Alonso Carvalho, and Humberte joined in. They hit, punched, and kicked the team member while she was on the ground.
The restaurant’s manager, Paul Julian, and another employee were able to stop the guests. Amanda Brito told Julian that she needed her parking ticket validated, and the team member had hit her.
Julian, however, saw Brito hit the team member first, which he told Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies. He also said he saw the team member fall to the ground, and Brito, her daughter Olivia, and Alonso Carvalho continued to kick, hit, and pull the employee’s hair.
Amanda Brito and Olivia Brito were taken into custody but have been released. They were trespassed from the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel for a year. All four guests have been charged with battery.
