Crews have begun painting the archway entrance of Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift at Universal Studios Hollywood. Some construction walls have also come down from the building.

A “Wait Time” sign has been installed on the right side of the concrete archway. Construction of the archway began in September and it was completed by November. Now crews are adding details like faux weathering.

Plastic covers the “Wait Time” and “Entrance” lettering to keep it protected. One pice of plastic was falling off the “A,” revealing the letters have been painted bright white.

Construction walls are still in front of the archway but have come down from in front of the nearby mural.

As we previously reported, the mural is fully visible from inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift will open this year. It features 4,100 feet of track, sound reduction technology, and 360-degree rotation to create the sensation of drifting. Watch the teaser video below.
