Tracy Wilson Named Senior Vice President & General Manager of Disney Cruise Line

Wilson has over 30 years of experience with The Walt Disney Company, most recently as Senior Vice President of Finance and Disney Signature Experiences. According to Cruise Industry News, she has been “instrumental in positioning Disney to engage directly in shipyard procurement for the first time – a groundbreaking achievement that paved the way for sustained long-term growth.”
The current president of Disney Signature Experiences, Joe Schott has this to say about Wilson:
Tracy is an extraordinary leader whose passion for Disney storytelling and deep operational expertise make her uniquely suited to guide Disney Cruise Line into its next era. As our fleet expands and we bring even more magic to families around the world, Tracy’s visionary approach, strategic mindset and genuine care for our cast, crew and guests will continue to elevate the Disney difference at sea.
She also has experience working for Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris, Consumer Products, and Walt Disney Studios Global Theatrical Marketing and Distribution.

The Disney Cruise Line has plans to expand its fleet to 13 ships by 2031. The newest Disney ship, the Disney Adventure, will set sail on March 10, 2026, and is currently en route to her home port in Singapore.

The Disney Adventure’s inaugural season will consist of three- and four-night cruises. Features include a Storybook Castle in the Imagination Garden atrium, a Captain Jack Sparrow show, a Duffy and Friends show, and Marvel rides.
