The TRON Identity Program at Magic Kingdom that let guests make custom TRON action figures has closed. Disney has removed the experience from their website and filed a construction permit for the space.
TRON Identity Program Closed
The stations inside Tomorrowland Launch Depot are blocked off by stanchions. Cast members confirmed December 31, 2025 was the final day of the experience.
Example figures were also removed from nearby display cases.
The former TRON Identity Program webpage now leads to a “Someone Ate the Page!” Stitch graphic.
Tomorrowland Launch Depot Permit
The permit for the Tomorrowland Launch Depot address (4950C N World Drive) contracts Buena Vista Construction Company to “Provide labor, material and/or electrical for construction”. The Disney-owned construction company is usually hired for small-scale projects — like removing kiosks from a shop.
TRON Identity Program
TRON Identity Program opened with TRON Lightcycle Run at Magic Kingdom, part of the reimagined Space Mountain gift shop. It was originally $89.99 plus tax but was discounted to $50 for the past six months. It also offered reservations for its first year of operation but switched to walk-up only in early 2025.
