Christmas lights have been removed from “it’s a small world” at Disneyland as crews prepare the ride for its reopening. “it’s a small world” Holiday ran until late January, when the ride closed for the overlay to be removed.

Christmas lights have been removed from "it's a small world" at Disneyland as crews prepare the ride for its reopening.

As of Tuesday, February 3, all the Christmas lights are gone from the “it’s a small world” exterior. The clock face’s Santa hat was removed last week. There are no more visible signs of the holiday overlay, although work is probably continuing inside.

Christmas lights have been removed from "it's a small world" at Disneyland as crews prepare the ride for its reopening.

“it’s a small world” is scheduled to reopen on Friday, February 6, 2026.
