DinoLand Merchandise Still Available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Guests can still find DinoLand merchandise at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, although DinoLand U.S.A. closed permanently at the beginning of this month.

You can now find DinoLand merchandise in Island Mercantile. This is mostly generic unbranded dinosaur merchandise, but there are some items branded to the DINOSAUR ride. These include dinosaur figures and the remote control Time Rover.

Most likely, Disney is getting rid of the last of this dinosaur stock and once something is gone, it’s gone.

DinoLand permanently closed with the closures of DINOSAUR and Restaurantosaurus in early February. The rest of the land closed in phases over the last year. The area is now blocked off to guests and an updated guidemap without the land is available.

DinoLand will be transformed into Tropical Americas featuring the village of Pueblo Esperanza. DINOSAUR will become an Indiana Jones attraction. Dinosaur Treasures will become a new shop and Restaurantosaurus will become a new restaurant. The other new attractions will be an Encanto ridecarousel, and playground.

The new land will open in 2027.
