After originally only accepting discounts at the quick-service windows operated by cast members, Disneyland Paris will finally allow Annual Passholders to use their discounts at the recently installed self-service kiosks.
AP Discounts Accepted at Self-Service Kiosks

The AP discount on food at Disneyland Paris ranges from 10% for the Silver pass to 15% for the Gold pass (excluding alcoholic beverages). Unlike their Walt Disney World counterpart, the discount also applies to quick-service locations. Several passholders expressed their discontent when it did not appear possible to use this discount at the self-service kiosks in the new Hollywood Gardens restaurant at Walt Disney Studios (soon to be Disney Adventure World).
It appears Disneyland Paris has listened, as they will slowly roll out the ability to do so at the several restaurants which utilize the technology. Starting February 24, the discount will be available at:
- February 24: Café Hyperion
- March 3: Toad Hall
- March 10: Hollywood Gardens
- March 29: Nordic Crowns Tavern (opening day)
According to several sources, Case de Coco Restaurante de Familia will also receive new kiosks to smoothen the guest experience. Currently, the AP discount can also be used at the new McDonald’s, though it has been stated that this will be phased out eventually.
This is not the only recent change at Disneyland Paris, as a new McDonald’s location has replaced its original. Last year, Disney Style, Disney Glamour, Petite Rosalie terrace restaurant, Deco by Disney, and a new LEGO Store opened. Italian restaurant Casa Giulia will open by the end of the year, taking over the Planet Hollywood footprint.
Big changes are coming to Disneyland Paris in general, as it prepares for the grand (re)opening of Disney Adventure World and the opening of World of Frozen. World of Frozen will include an Anna and Elsa meet and greet inside Arendelle Castle, the Frozen Ever After attraction, a boat show, shopping, dining, and an impressive self-walking, “living” animatronic Olaf.
Are you going to use this advantage? Where else in Disneyland Paris would you like to see the usage of these kiosks? Let us know on social media.
