The Disney Adventure is Disney Cruise Line’s largest ship, and there are seven themed areas onboard. Here is the ultimate guide of everything you need to know for each land!
Disney Adventure Themed Lands

The ship’s inaugural season will consist of three- and four-night cruises. It sets sail on March 10, 2026 with Singapore as its home port.
Though it has a similar design to other Disney Cruise Line ships, it is unique because it began its life as the Global Dream, commissioned by Genting Hong Kong’s Dream Cruises. After the company went bankrupt, Disney Cruise Line acquired the half-built ship. The Disney Adventure is now the largest Disney Cruise Line cruise ship, accommodating about 6,000 passengers.
Due to the much larger space on the ship, Disney has been able to do a lot more thematically. Take a look at the seven themed lands onboard.
Disney Imagination Garden

At the heart of the ship is the Disney Imagination Garden, consisting of a courtyard and a large stage. This open-air space acts as the ship’s atrium.

Up the steps is the courtyard, which includes trees designed to look like storybook cut-outs. A topiary of Sorcerer Mickey is in this area, along with a seating area.
The storybook castle artwork behind the stage is inspired by castles from Disney stories and theme parks. It features nods to the Walt Disney Pictures castle, Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant at Disneyland Paris, and Rapunzel’s castle. Sketches by Disney artists Herbert Ryman, Frank Armitage, and Eyvind Earle also influenced the artwork, which sits above a decorative waterfall surrounded by a wave motif.

The stage is where the Let’s Set Sail dance party takes place on embarkation day. Throughout the voyage, stage performances like Avengers Assemble!, Baymax Super Exercise Expo, and Duffy and The Friend Ship take place.

Guests will also be able to meet characters and enjoy Pacific and Indian cuisines at Gramma Tala’s Kitchen and Mowgli’s Eatery, both of which have indoor and outdoor seating.

There is also a selection of Garden View staterooms with verandahs overlooking the space.
Disney Discovery Reef

Go underwater at Discovery Reef with The Little Mermaid, Finding Nemo, Lilo & Stitch, and Luca. It’s an open-air retreat at the back of the ship with themed shopping and dining. Coral reef structures and glass canopies give the feeling that you’re under the sea. At night, it becomes an underwater bioluminescent paradise.

Dining Options:
- Palo Trattoria: upscale dining inspired by the coastal setting of Luca
- Mike and Sulley’s Flavors of Asia: upscale dining similar to a Japanese steakhouse
- Cosmic Kebabs: casual eatery honoring Kamala Khan—Marvel’s first Muslim-American Super Hero
- Bewitching Boba and Brews: boba tea themed to Usrula
- Tavern Portorosso: breezy sports bar that is Luca-themed
- Palo Cafe: walk-up coffee bar that is Luca-themed

There is also a selection of Garden View staterooms with verandahs overlooking the space.
Toy Story Place

The Toy Story films spring to life in the pool area, which spans the center of the upper decks. Guests will enjoy the Sunnyside Family Pool, Woody and Jessie’s Wild Slides, the Flying Saucer Splash Zone, the Toy Story Splash Pad, and several whirlpool spas.
Two jumbo screens also play Disney movies. Grab some pizza from Pizza Planet or soft-serve ice cream from Wheezy’s Freezies.
Marvel Landing

Located on the ship’s upper deck, Marvel Landing is a celebration of all things Marvel. There are three brand-new attractions: Groot Galaxy Spin, Pym Quantum Racers, and Ironcycle Test Run.

Based on concept art, Groot Galaxy Spin appears to be a Dumbo-style spinner ride, where guests will board spaceship-looking vehicles.
Pym Quantum Racers will have riders take the wheel of Pym-Tech mini cars for a trip around a full-scale toy track, complete with oversized and undersized obstacles.
Ironcycle Test Run is the first-ever roller coaster aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship. It is also the longest roller coaster at sea—spanning over 820 feet (250 meters).
Take a look at the ride vehicles.
Wayfinder Bay

Wayfinder Bay is a spot to unwind and enjoy entertainment inspired by Moana. There is tiered deck seating with a combination of chairs, couches, and loungers. Guests can also enjoy a drink from the shaded Wayfinder Bar in front of the wading pool.
Plus, watch interactive events and live shows like Moana: Call of the Sea. It has memorable music, spirited dance, and delightful puppetry. Disney advises that space is limited, so be sure to arrive early to secure your seat.
San Fransokyo Street

The energy of Tokyo meets the laid-back charm of San Francisco on this lively “street” inspired by Big Hero 6. Urban-themed tween and teen youth clubs—Edge and Vibe—are cleverly disguised as charming shops.

Classic and first-release Disney movies play at Baymax Cinemas. Pick up special keepsakes at Duffy and Friends Shop and join the Duffy and Friends Discovery Quest. Follow clues to find lost items around the ship for a special prize.
A family gaming lounge, Big Hero Arcade, features video games and immersive, high-tech experiences. While there, be sure to keep an eye out for Baymax.
Town Square

Town Square is themed to a fairytale world with Disney Princesses like Anna, Elsa, Rapunzel, Cinderella, and Tiana.
There are several themed dining locations, cafes, and shops. It’s also where the Walt Disney Theatre is located, which hosts the Broadway-style shows Disney Cruise Line is known for.
Makeover locations include the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Marvel Style Studio. A royal tea party experience, called the Royal Society for Friendship and Tea, is located in Town Square.
At dusk, the studio transforms into an adults-only lounge with exclusive beverage tastings. For a darker delight, there is another adult-exclusive escape, Spellbound. It’s a shadowy lounge inspired by Snow White’s Evil Queen.
