The spicy Eternal Flame flavor returns to Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs alongside a limited-edition strawberry cookie for the month of February.
Gideon’s February Menu
The Cookie of the Month is a limited-edition strawberry cookie, described as having “a carefully crafted strawberry dough created with housemade strawberry puree.” The dough is filled with dark chocolate and topped with strawberry-infused sugar.
The Eternal Flame cookie is also returning. Gideon’s describes the cookie as “a velvety chocolate cookie laced with the special house-made ancho, cayenne, and cinnamon spice mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with chocolate-covered cherries.” It will be available every weekend at both locations during February with a limit of two per person.
On Sundays during February, the Eternal Flame cake slice will make a return. The cake slices feature three layers of double-frosted chocolate cake with red cherry buttercream and chocolate fudge buttercream. The Fire & Ice coffee also returns: a Mocha Nitro Cold Brew with a touch of spice.
Merchandise featuring Pipistrello Morsel is also available for the month. The collection includes the February menu, sticker, T-shirt, and art print!
Pipistrello is also available on a hoodie. The Eternal Flame scent is also available as a candle.
