Two R/C toys inspired by the upcoming film, The Mandalorian and Grogu, will be available to purchase soon.
The Mandalorian and Grogu Film Toys Coming Soon
According to Tom’s Guide, two remote-controlled walkers are coming soon from Jada Toys. Both will be available on March 22. The AT-RT will launch as a Walmart Exclusive.
AT-AT -$69.99
The AT-AT transport made its Star Wars debut in The Empire Strikes Back in the opening Hoth scene; however, it appears that the walker will make a return in The Mandalorian and Grogu. The R/C toy can walk around with lights and sounds, controlled by the included remote.
AT-RT -$49.99
The AT-RT also comes with 6-inch figures of The Mandalorian and Grogu, who can ride atop the unit. This type of transport walker debuted in Revenge of the Sith but also returns for the new film. This unit will also walk around with lights and sounds controlled by the remote.
When it comes out on May 22, 2026, The Mandalorian and Grogu will be the first Star Wars movie released in theaters since The Rise of Skywalker in 2019. The Mandalorian Disney+ series ran for three seasons from 2019 to 2023. A fourth season was in development, but it’s not clear if that is still planned or if the film is replacing it.
The first trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu came out in September 2025, revealing our first looks at Sigourney Weaver as Ward and Jeremy Allen White as Jabba the Hutt’s son Rotta, as well as the return of the fan-favorite tiny droidsmith (although we don’t know if he’s specifically Babu Frik).
