Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar Refurbishment Delayed to March

The interior refurbishment of Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at Disneyland Hotel has been delayed by two weeks. We originally reported indoor dining would close on February 17, but it will now be unavailable beginning on March 2.

The closure will last through spring 2026. Disney previously stated it would reopen in time for the 15th anniversary of Trader Sam’s on May 25, 2026.

Outdoor dining and Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill will remain available during the construction.

A permit filed in October indicates the indoor dining room will get new gas tiki torches and updated show and lighting effects, in addition to other technical improvements.
