Though mentions of Aerosmith were removed from Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster immediately after the ride closed, there’s still one reference to the band remaining at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Aerosmith Reference Remaining

The park’s Braille map, located near Animation Courtyard, has not been updated to read Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets or to cover the Aerosmith name, so Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith is still listed.
The map also still includes Star Wars: Launch Bay and Disney Jr. Play & Dance, which closed last year for a reimagining of Animation Courtyard. The map may be updated this summer after The Magic of Disney Animation, Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live, and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets all open.
After Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith closed last weekend, a new paper Disney’s Hollywood Studios guidemap was released listing the park as the “Future Home Of” Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live.

Though the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster courtyard remains open so guests can access Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After, work has begun in the space with the upside down car getting a flame makeover. The guitar in front of the show building will get a psychedelic paint scheme inspired by The Electric Mayhem. The Muppets band will be core figures in the new ride.

Guests are once again invited to G-Force Records, which has been purchased by Scooter’s uncle J.P. Grosse, owner of the Muppet Theatre. Grosse has put Scooter in charge and guests will encounter the Muppet in the pre-show as an Audio-Animatronic, alongside penguin audio engineers. Kermit and Miss Piggy will appear on screens.
In the studio, The Electric Mayhem is delayed despite having a concert across town. Guests board limousines souped up by Muppet Labs to reach the show in time. The ride’s scenery and landmarks will feature a Muppet twist and guests will hear The Electric Mayhem playing iconic hits.
