On our recent visit to the Disneyland Resort, we noticed that Edelweiss Snacks has now reopened to guests, but the construction walls are still up.

Following a brief closure starting in early February, the popular Fantasyland snack stand has reopened to guests.

Details about the closure were not officially disclosed, but the exterior does appear to have undergone a light visual refresh. It is unknown if there have been any interior updates for the kiosk’s service capabilities, but the menu appears to be unchanged from its offerings prior to closure.

A series of construction walls in-theme with the Alpine designs remain standing along the pathways around the stand.

Edelweiss Snacks is a small quick-service snack stand located in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park, situated directly across from the entrance to the Matterhorn Bobsleds.

The stand offers a limited menu, but it is particularly known for serving garlic pretzel bread along with Disney’s famous turkey legs.

The stand sits near a small seating area by the water behind the Matterhorn, providing a relatively quiet spot in the otherwise busy Fantasyland area. The nearby patio occupies part of the former waterways and loading area of the Motor Boat Cruise, which operated until the late 1990s.
