The scrim on Town Square Theater in Magic Kingdom has moved to the front of Tony’s Town Square Restaurant. Meanwhile, decorative details on the roof have yet to be painted.
Town Square Theater Refurbishment

The white scrim now covers the railings to either side of the Tony’s entrance. On Thursday, March 5, a rope blocked the stairs between the railings, so guests had to reach the patio via another set of stairs.

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant and the Mickey Mouse meet and greet remain open.

On the rooftop, three decorative pieces that were recently updated have yet to be painted. These are the white elements directly above the windows on the blue roofing. This center piece was covered in scrim a few weeks ago.

At that time, the piece on the right rooftop had already been replaced or refurbished. The piece on the left rooftop has since been replaced. So now they all match each other but don’t have the same detailing they used to. Compare to our photo below.
