FULL TOUR: ‘The Lion King’-Themed Deluxe Inside Stateroom on the Disney Adventure

We toured a Deluxe Inside Stateroom on the Disney Adventure cruise ship themed to The Lion King. As suggested by the name, Inside Staterooms are on the inner walls of the ship and do not have any kind of view.

Deluxe Inside Stateroom

The Deluxe Inside Stateroom is 209 sq. ft. and sleeps 3-4 guests with a queen bed and sofa bed. There is no exterior view. There is a split-bathroom in the Deluxe Inside Staterooms.

We visited Stateroom 11753, which is a The Lion King-themed Deluxe Inside Stateroom.

The stateroom number is on the center of the door above the peep hole. It’s a circle with line art of a sun and Mickey icon at the top. Next to the door, that room number has half a Mickey icon at the top, the room number (also in Braille), and what part of the ship the stateroom is. This room was on the starboard side.

The bed is in the center of the room, with the headboard against the back wall. Beyond that is the sofa bed and desk area.

Artwork on the wall above the bed depicts the scene from the movie when Simba is presented to the other animals.

The colorful blanket and pillow on this bed were part of a special Inaugural Sailings package and aren’t standard for the room. Like our Deluxe Reef View Stateroom, the regular bedding is white with a beige blanket featuring the Adventure wordmark.

The lights are mounted above the bed. Both sides have their own nightstands, light controls, and various outlets — two USBs and the standard three-prong for Singapore. The Mickey element appears to be decorative.

The carpet in the stateroom has a gray and yellow geometric pattern, and the sofa is a light beige color. It converts into bed.

Above the sofa is a sketch of Mufasa and Simba, as well as more lighting. The back wall has a circular set of shelves and decorative tan curtains.

The area across from the bench has a desk and small stool to sit on. There is a phone, as well as more outlets — USB, USB-C, three-prong, and two-prong. Above the desk is the television. An additional small table that folds open is tucked under the desk.

There is a heavy privacy curtain that can be pulled across the room, separating the bed from the living space.

Above the living space is a large illuminated panel.

Moving back towards the entry point of the stateroom, this is where guests can store their luggage, hang their clothing, and have more storage space. There is a mini fridge, pull-out safe, and Bacha Coffee tea kettle. There is a set of four glasses, plus two mugs, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and stirrers.

A tall closet with a door has some cubbies, but the bulk of the closet is open with a pair of rods and hangers.

Across from the closet space and right next to the door is the split-bathroom. There is also a full-length mirror.

One side of the split-bathroom has a toilet and small vanity. There are hooks on the wall to hang clothing, as well as some shelf space for storing your toiletries. Both bathrooms have tile floors and fake marble walls.

The second side of the split-bathroom features the stand-up shower and vanity. There are shelves, as well as multiple towel rods. It also has a hook right next to the shower. Inside the shower is a handheld shower head, mounted amenities, and a vent.
