A new book about the creation of Disney Adventure World — the revamped, renamed, and expanded Walt Disney Studios Park — will soon be available for purchase at Disneyland Paris.

Adventure Has a New Name – The Making of Disney Adventure World will be exclusively available at Disneyland Paris beginning in April.

The book is nearly 450 pages and will tell the story of Walt Disney Studios Park from its 2002 opening through its creative repositioning as Disney Adventure World. The park has gone through a years-long reimagining, culminating in the opening of World of Frozen and the official renaming on March 29.

The illustrated book features archival photos and sketches, many of which have never been seen before. It traces the entire creative process and construction of this unprecedented expansion, based on exclusive interviews with some of the Imagineers who have worked on it for several years, as well as the Entertainment and Food & Beverage teams.

Each chapter offers an immersive dive into the park’s iconic areas, including the new Adventure Way and World of Frozen, as well as World Premiere, Avengers Campus, and Worlds of Pixar. It also includes a glimpse into the park’s near future — likely including the new Lion King land and rumored Avatar land.
