Sweets have moved from grab-and-go to an ordering counter at Sunshine Seasons in EPCOT’s The Land. According to cast members, this is a test aiming for more hygienic procedures.

The “Sweets” shelf is closed off. Instead, guests can go to the counter on the left to get their desserts. The same counter offers milkshakes and other specialty drinks.

Sample pastries are on display in a case on the counter. Guests can just ask cast members for the sweets they want. There’s a sign for the Mickey Cinnamon Roll, which is served warm for $7.99. There aren’t signs for other pastries and pricing.
There are several grab-and-go locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort, particularly at hotels. Depending on how this test is received, Disney could remove grab-and-go from other restaurants.
