Part live show and part exercise class, the Baymax Super Exercise Expo is a unique offering aboard the Disney Adventure.
Baymax Super Exercise Expo

Hiro and Baymax are introduced as the hosts from the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology as the show begins. Video clips of the heroes of Big Hero 6 play on a big screen behind them. They begin, and Baymax “scans” the audience and says the audience is relaxed with low heart rates. He recommends vigorous exercise to “increase stamina” and “release endorphins.”

The routine is based on the members of Big Hero 6. When everyone is ready, Hiro tells them to raise a fist and say “Super” as seen above. The first move is inspired by Wasabi’s plasma arm blades. The move is called “The Wasabi Arm Chop,” which guests do while shouting “Wasabi.”

Next is a move inspired by GoGo, “The GoGo Leg Lunge.” It looks like skiing, which guests do while shouting “Go-go-go.” And then the heroes introduce a Honey Lemon move called “The Honey Lemon Chem-ball Throw.” This resembles throwing a baseball while shouting, “Honey Lemon throw.”

Next is Fred, whose move is called “The Fred Super Jump.” Hiro instructs the audience to jump forward and back before turning in a circle while shouting “front, back, inside out.” Baymax surprises Hiro by naming the end pose after Hiro called “The Hiro Pose.” “Immortals” plays in the background as guests combine all four routines and end with The Hiro Pose. The audience then does the whole sequence again to increase their heart rates. Baymax scans the audience and sees they have achieved “ideal” heart rate levels.
The Baymax Super Exercise Expo is held in the open-air Garden Stage at Disney Imagination Garden aboard the Disney Adventure.
