Thanks to Make-A-Wish, aspiring animator EJ got to tour Walt Disney Studios and meet his hero, Eric Goldberg, along with CEO Josh D’Amaro.

Here’s the official post from Disney and Make-A-Wish:
Here’s to every Make-A-Wish kid who has ever picked up a pencil and found the courage to wish, even on the hardest days. 💙
This art was inspired by the Wish Discovery Process – a thoughtful, deeply human approach by Make-A-Wish to use conversation, play and art to help children facing critical illnesses express what matters most. Because sometimes, when words fail, a child’s most heartfelt wish can live in what they draw. #DisneyWeekOfWishes
Disney Week of Wishes

Disney Week of Wishes, celebrated April 25-May 1, highlights the important relationship between Disney and Make-A-Wish. They have been partners since 1980 and have granted wishes for over 175,000 children. Disney is the largest wish-granter for the organization, “granting a wish every hour of the day,” according to Make-A-Wish.

As part of its annual celebration of a partnership with Make-A-Wish, Disney has unveiled the reimagined Wish Lounge for families and a brand new, heartwarming ad spot.
