Become a Disney Princess doll with a new pair of photo ops at Disney Springs. Disney announced the photo ops earlier this week and we headed to Disney Springs to check them out.
Disney Springs Princess Doll Box Photo Op

Available through Sunday, April 26 to honor Earth Month, these photo ops are inspired by Disney’s plastic-free doll packaging. There are two life-size boxes based on those for Princess Tiana and Princess Rapunzel dolls. Each box has two windows for guests to look through.

The Tiana box is green and blue with a pink door background inspired by Lottie’s home.

Rapunzel’s box is purple and pink with a stone background based on her tower.

The photo ops are in front of Once Upon a Toy in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs, where the real dolls are available for purchase.
Disney introduced plastic-free doll packaging a few years ago but recently repackaged the dolls in smaller boxes that include fewer accessories. The boxes avoid the use of over 110,000 pounds of plastic and are made with certified, sustainably sourced paper.
These Disney characters are currently available in plastic-free packaging: Elsa, Anna, Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Merida, Moana, Mulan, Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Snow White, Tiana, and Tinker Bell. More characters are coming later this year.
