A brand new, time-limited nighttime show, Pixar Pals Spectacular, will replace the 20th anniversary drone pre-show at Hong Kong Disneyland.

From June 12 to August 31, the first‑ever Pixar Summer Fest takes over with rare and exclusive Pixar friends and one-of-a-kind entertainment, including a new drone pre-show.

Characters will include Nemo and Dory, Mr. Incredible and Jack-Jack, Joy and Sadness, Mike and Sulley, Woody, Jessie, and Buzz, and Meilin (in panda form).

The new pre-show, called Pixar Pals Spectacular, replaces the current 20th anniversary pre-show, which takes place as part of “Momentous: Party in the Night Sky.” The show debuted along with several new entertainment offerings as part of the Hong Kong Disneyland 20th anniversary, “The Most Magical Party of All.” The original Momentous show will take place following the drone performance.

Pixar Summer Fest

Hong Kong Disneyland also shared a preview of merchandise we can expect to see for Pixar Summer Fest, including plenty of Toy Story items (some of which we have already seen here in the U.S. parks).

There will also be plenty of treats and other snacks to enjoy. They have promised to share more at a later date.
