Two Disneyland attractions have reopening dates: Jungle Cruise in Disneyland Park and Toy Story Midway Mania in Disney California Adventure.
Jungle Cruise
The ride has been closed since February 17, 2026 and will reopen on April 24, 2026. We recently spotted some new paint and texture work underway on the classic attraction.
Disneyland’s Jungle Cruise is a riverboat attraction located in Adventureland at Disneyland Park and also at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. First opening with the park on July 17, 1955, the ride takes park guests on a slow-moving boat journey through dense jungle environments inspired by rivers of Asia, Africa, and South America.
The experience is led by a live skipper who delivers a scripted (and often improvised) series of jokes and commentary as the boat passes animatronic wildlife, waterfalls, and humorous scenes depicting explorers and wildlife encounters.
Imagineers installed the first 3D printed prop in the Jungle Cruise attraction earlier this year.
Toy Story Midway Mania
Toy Story Midway Mania closed April 6, 2026 and will also reopen on April 24, 2026.
Toy Story Midway Mania was last updated in May 2025 with special “holographic sticker” targets and graphics as part of Disneyland’s 70th anniversary celebration. The anniversary is scheduled to end on August 9, 2026, at which point we presume the ride will revert to its original version.
