TSA PreCheck Touchless ID Coming to Orlando International Airport This Spring

TSA PreCheck Touchless ID will be at 65 airports by Spring 2026, including Orlando International Airport, for easier security screenings.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

TSA PreCheck Touchless ID enhances the security screening process with facial comparison technology for faster, more efficient identity verification. Enrolled travelers with participating airlines can move through dedicated lanes. There will be no need to show a boarding pass or passport; a facial scan will be enough.

TSA PreCheck Touchless ID

TSA PreCheck Touchless ID requires:

  • Active airline profile with a participating airline
  • Current TSA PreCheck traveler
  • Valid passport information uploaded to your airline profile

It will also be available at LAX, SNA, and LGB for Disneyland Resort visitors. Passengers must opt-in with participating airlines:

  • Alaska Airlines
  • American Airlines
  • Delta Air Lines
  • Southwest Airlines
  • United Airlines

For other MCO news, a notice on the MEARS website indicates that a 3% fuel surcharge will be added to all reservations until further notice. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) Board approved two garage expansion projects for Orlando International Airport (MCO). This news follows previously announced plans for the future of MCO, including the addition of 8,000 parking spaces.
