A guest at Universal Orlando Resort hit a team member, claimed it was an accident, and then said he could have caused more harm thanks to his military background.
Universal Guest Arrested for Hitting Team Member

According to WFTV, an off-duty Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrested George Navarro for battery at Universal Orlando on April 19. Security told the deputy that Navarro had potentially assaulted an employee.
The team member in question said that Navarro approached him, asked for a pen, and then became upset. Navarro intentionally struck the team member in the back while he was helping another customer, causing pain.
No witnesses or footage captured the event. Deputies said that Navarro showed signs of alcohol impairment, and he admitted to drinking.
In Navarro’s version of the events, he asked for a pen and felt disrespected, suggesting the contact may have been accidental. He he also said that he could have caused serious harm, referencing his military background and killing during deployments.
Navarro was detained without incident. He received an indefinite trespass warning from Universal, banning him from the property.
