WDWNT attended a special preview event for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at House of Blues this Wednesday. During the event, we heard two of The Electric Mayhem’s song covers that will play during the ride.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Listening Event

The full track list for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets will be revealed on April 16, but Disney has already announced two songs: “Song 2” by Blur and “Born to be Wild” by Steppenwolf. Camilla the Chicken will feature on the latter track.

We heard both songs during the listening event and enjoyed them. If you love the Muppets and rock music, you’ll like these covers. At the end of “Song 2,” one of the band members says, “Oops, I played Song 3.”

House of Blues was decorated for the event. These posters were first revealed at a press event in New York City. They will be featured throughout the ride’s updated queue.

We received a Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets poster and a tie-dye branded drawstring bag filled with goodies.

The gifts included a coaster resembling a record, which came in a Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets slip case.

We got a souvenir ticket for the event.

These tie-dye sunglasses were branded with the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets wordmark.

We also received Animal and Kermit plush, which were released on Disney Store today along with other Muppets.

We don’t know if any of these items will be available in the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster gift shop when the ride items.
