When the Cookie Dough Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich was released in February, it was met with huge lines. Luckily, guests can now get this viral treat from two different locations at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Cookie Dough Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich – $8.29

While you can still get this ice cream sandwich from Terra Treats near Creature Comforts, there is another Discovery Island spot now selling it, too!

The ice cream stand near Island Mercantile is now selling this viral sweet treat as well. If you don’t fancy that particular snack, there are other ice creams available here too! Please note it may not be available all day long. We didn’t see signage for it early in the day but did later on.

Review

This is a brownie layered with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate chips and edible cookie dough, and let us tell you, the hype is real.

Our reporter’s life was changed by this dessert. Starting from the top, there are mini chocolate chips, chunks of salt, and sprinkles on top of a cookie dough layer. The salt, cookie dough, and chocolate pair perfectly together, with the salt cutting the sweetness down. The vanilla ice cream is classic, while the brownie bottom offers a nice, crisp, and sturdy base to hold it all together. 

We feel that there isn’t a better ice cream option outside of DOLE Whip in the parks right now. If you like cookie dough, this will melt you (pun intended) because everything plays so well together.
