Both the rocks surrounding Cinderella Castle, as well as the Tomorrowland and Fantasyland bridges are in the middle of being painted at Magic Kingdom.
Cinderella Castle Rocks

During our visit today, May 6, we saw evidence that rockwork around the Castle was in the middle of being repainted. While a lot is hidden under green tarp, a large rock formation has a layer of plaster applied to it.

It’s not complete, as seen by the trowel marks left on it.

Other rock formations have scaffolding installed around it, indicating these areas will be worked on soon as well.
Tomorrowland and Fantasyland Bridges

From around the hub, we spotted both the Tomorrowland and Fantasyland bridge supports in various stages of completion.

On the Tomorrowland side, the area of bridge closest to the land was being painted during our visit. Crew members stood on ladders and scaffolding in the moat area. The bridge supports have been sanded it appears.

The Fantasyland bridge is mostly complete, with a few gray areas left. A ladder was present but no crews were present in this area.
The repainting project is largely complete, with no painting work on the castle in a few weeks. The moat is still drained, so until water returns it’s not exactly 100% done.
