A couple of stores have closed and/or will be closing permanently at the Disney Springs. No announcements have been made on what will replace these shops.
Disney Springs Store Closures
As of today, May 1, it’s been confirmed that Shore’s location at Disney Springs is now permanently closed. The shop held a clearance sale last month with discounts up to 80%. There is another Shore location in Longboat Key, Florida and the online shop will remain open as well; only the Disney Springs location is shutting down.
Shore was among the first tenants in the Town Center section at Disney Springs when it opened 10 years ago. The shop sold clothing and accessories.
In addition, it was confirmed that Johnston & Murphy – known for selling premium footwear and apparel – will be closing on May 7, 2026. No reason was provided for the closure. Johnston & Murphy’s online shop will continue to be available, and there are a few locations still open in Florida.
Disney has not yet announced what will replace Shore and Johnston & Murphy.
