Boardwalk Resort Greeter

Disney's Boardwalk Resort has a cast member greeting guests ahead of the resort's upcoming 30th anniversary. While this role isn't new, it does seem pretty rare!

We spoke to Jeremy, who was welcoming guests to the resort. He has a unique red and green costume with a golden Boardwalk logo embroidered on the chest. Of all the stops we’ve made at the Boardwalk over the years, this is the first time we’ve seen a greeter so this feels like a rare treat for those who encounter them.

Disney’s Boardwalk Resort opened on July 1, 1996. In addition to the hotel, it’s home to a literal boardwalk with various dining and entertainment venues like the Atlantic Dance Hall and The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers.

The resort recently released a new merchandise collection.
