“Dazzle and Delight Fireworks” Dessert Party
The experience is $49 per guest and takes place from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. We were told it would be bookable through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, but it was not during our sailing. We called Guest Services to book it instead.
Check-in is at the Bounce and Hops bar on Deck 17, Midship. Guests then get to relax in chairs on the deck usually meant for overflow dining guests, facing the fireworks.
We were gifted a “Hakuna Matata” pin as part of the package. It is not an exclusive item, it’s something you can buy in the gift shop and at various Disney Parks.
The party includes sparkling champagne or fruit punch for kids and adults who don’t want to imbibe alcohol, and also a series of desserts.
The desserts include an orange almond cake, macaron, pineapple topped pastry, chocolate covered strawberry pop, and a brownie/chocolate cake. All of these items were fresh and quite good.

The Lion King: Celebration in the Sky Fireworks
The new fireworks show at sea is inspired exclusively by The Lion King and narrated by Bollywood’s Shah Rukh Khan, who voiced Mufasa in the Hindi-language version of Disney’s live-action The Lion King (2019).
