21-year-old Ryan Boufakeer was arrested on the evening of May 26 after he was accused of recording a video under a woman’s skirt. Allegedly, sometime between 7:05 and 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Boufakeer crouched behind a woman in line for TRON: Lightcycle Run at Magic Kingdom and recorded a video under her skirt.

Per the affidavit obtained by News 6, being confronted by the victim to delete the footage, Boufakeer indicated that he had done so. But the victim could not confirm what the accused had deleted. Per the affidavit, Boufakeer was at Magic Kingdom as a school chaperone with South Creek Chorus.

The affidavit goes on to say that Boufakeer told the authorities that he was attempting to charge his phone at a nearby outlet, and that is when he started recording. He also noted that he planned on keeping it for “sexual gratification.”

He is now facing one felony count of video voyeurism. He was taken into custody on May 27.
