When Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets opens to the general public, it will not use a virtual queue.
Virtual Queue

Disney has used a virtual queue for the openings of major attractions several times in the past few years, including for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. The latter used a virtual queue instead of a stand-by line for nearly three years.
Though Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets is expected to be popular, Disney stated in their announcement regarding Passholder previews, “A virtual queue is not planned for when the attraction officially opens on May 26.”
A virtual queue will be in use for Passholder previews.
The new version of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster still takes place at G-Force Records, which was bought by Scooter’s uncle J.P. Grosse, and has a similar storyline to its previous Aerosmith incarnation. Disney released the complete tracklist for the Muppets ride featuring rock covers by The Electric Mayhem. In the queue will be Muppet props, The Electric Mayhem posters, and celebrity cameos.
