The “Sunlight to Starbright in Spike’s Garden” signs and decals remain outside CommuniCore Hall. But the doors are closed with stanchions and chains in front of them.

One entrance has a “This Area is Being Reimagined” sign.

Florida Fresh, the outdoor food booth on the side of CommuniCore Hall, is still open, as is the Mickey and Friends meet and greet.

GoofyCore debuted last year. It features Goofy and his Goof Troop leading kids in games and dances in a transformed CommuniCore with Goofy-inspired decorations. GoofyCore will reopen with the start of Cool Kids’ Summer on May 26. Cool Kids’ Summer continues through September 8, 2026.
Disney recently brought GoofyCore to local schools and announced a $1.3 million investment in education programs.
