Since closing January 12, EPCOT’s Refreshment Port has been steadily undergoing a refurbishment to become La Poutinerie, sponsored by Air Canada.

Now that we have an opening date and menu reveal, some construction walls have come down at La Poutinerie in EPCOT. They have been replaced with rolling planters.

Rock work appears to be complete (at least from the visible areas above the rolling bushes), as does the roof.

However, there is still no signage. According to the concept art (below), signs will be installed on at least two of the four sides of the roof. A small fenced-off area in front will feature some rocks, a small tree, and fowers.

Air Canada will soon host La Poutinerie, a reimagined Refreshment Port near the Canada pavilion at EPCOT.

La Poutinerie, hosted by AirCanada, opens on July 1 at the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT. The description from Air Canada reads: “A taste of Canada at EPCOT. La Poutinerie, hosted by Air Canada, brings a Canadian classic with a twist.”

Air Canada is the Official Canadian Airline of Walt Disney World Resort, offering various Disney perks to guests who book through them and become Aeroplan Members.
