We’ve seen the upper half of the building for weeks now, but the lower half features a retro-looking front door in a cognac brown color. The decorative structure to the right features a vertically repeating, geometric fretwork composed of lines and squares. The letters are embedded within the cutout sections.

A small section in front of the entrance appears to be made of gray tile.

Around the other side, the construction walls are still up. This side features the outdoor patio area. Patio furniture and interior lighting were recently installed.

Earl of Sandwich & The Carnaby Construction Update - May 2026

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby will be inspired by London’s Carnaby Street during the height of the ’60s cultural revolution with plush interiors, iconic British pop art, and a soundtrack of British Invasion rock bands. It will have a bar area, signature booths, and two outdoor terraces.

The menu will pay homage to classic British fare, including Chef Ramsay’s beef Wellington, fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding. To complement the cuisine, the restaurant will offer a wide-ranging list of wines and beers, as well as a selection of signature cocktails.

“All eyes were on London in the 1960s, a full-on fantastic technicolour scene of people going out and having fun. We are bringing those cool vibes to Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby,” Chef Ramsay said. “Stunning interiors, incredible food and great music, whether it’s date night or dinner with friends or family, The Carnaby is going to bring the very best of cool Britannia to Downtown Disney District.”

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby will also feature live music after dark on select evenings. The new Earl of Sandwich location will be located just below, featuring a familiar menu loved by many guests the world over.
