After closing in early May for a refurbishment, Waterview Park in Disney Springs is still closed as roof supports are put in place.
Progress at Waterview Park

As you can see over the mint-colored construction walls, there are wooden supports for a roof over part of Waterview Park. At the time of the announced refurbishment on May 2, it was reported that the area would be closed for about a month. However, it has been over six weeks now since the closure began.

Waterview Park at Disney Springs is located between Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar and The Boathouse in The Landing and features an intimate open-air performance spot and guest seating. Mint-colored construction walls now surround the entire area.

Rolling planter barricades are also in place along all the fencing and on the stage to block guests’ view of the construction work.
During this construction period, performers can be found in Riverboat Square, in front of Paddlefish. The refurbishment is expected to last about a month.
