Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure have finally removed the 11 a.m. Park Hopping rule. We first shared in February that the restriction would go away and Disneyland Resort later confirmed they would drop it on June 9.
Disneyland Park Hopping Rule Removal

The restriction was established following the resort’s lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic to better control capacity.
Now, guests with Park Hopper tickets or Magic Key passes can move freely between Disneyland and Disney California Adventure at any time, subject to park availability. This means each park could still reach capacity, which is especially possible on busy holidays.
Guests still need to make a reservation for the park where they will start their day. After tapping in at that park, they can Park Hop at any time. A reservation for the other park isn’t required.
A similar Park Hopping rule was in effect at Walt Disney World but was removed in 2024.
