Former Universal Islands of Adventure Will Call Turned Into 'Cool Zone'

The former will call pavilion outside Universal Islands of Adventure is now a “cool zone” with seating and fans.

Self-service ticket kiosks were removed from the pavilion earlier this year. With Heat Advisories hitting Central Florida, Universal has turned the space into a “Cool Zone.” Universal has previously offered “Cool Zones” in the summer.

The pavilion is now filled with benches/tables, and chairs.

Standing fans have joined the pavilion’s ceiling fans. There’s also a Niagara bottled water vending machine.
