During our visit to Disneyland today, June 16, we were able to get a look at the refurbished buildings on Main Street, U.S.A. All of the buildings appear to have been more brightly painted in reds, whites, and blues, and have patriotic bunting.

The construction on Main Street, U.S.A., first started in February with plain beige scrim stretching from Carnation Café to Refreshment Corner. A month later, the scrim was replaced with a new painted scrim that looked like the facades of the buildings. The exterior refurbishment of Carnation Café was finished first, followed by Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor.

Now, the themed scrim surrounding Refreshment Corner has been removed. The refreshed white and blue paint contrasts brightly with the red brick of the buildings, and red, white, and blue bunting hangs from the roof.

Are you glad to see the scrim has been removed now? Let us know on social media.
