The Walt Disney Company Limited, Disney’s U.K. subsidiary, generated more than £4.4 billion ($5.8 billion) in revenue for fiscal year 2025.
The Walt Disney Company Limited FY2025

This is an 11.1% increase over last year and a 37.7% increase in post-tax profits, which rose from £589 million to £811 million. The fiscal year ran from September 2024 to September 2025.
“The increase in turnover and profit for the year is mainly driven by the strong performance of Disney+,” said the subsidiary’s annual report, “and theatrical performances from titles such as Moana 2 and Lilo & Stitch, which both increased compared to the prior year. Disney+ performance is driven by year on year increases in subscriber numbers and increases in pricing. This is offset by a small downturn in our Stage play productions due to the closure of Frozen in September 2024 with its replacement, Hercules, not opening until June 2025. Gross margin and administrative expenses have remained at a similar level to the prior year.”
95.6% of the revenue came from Europe, including the U.K. and Ireland.
