The latest images show rows of stacked tubes – potentially fireworks mortars – now arranged on the concrete launch pad built on the small island in the lagoon on the opposite side of Universal Helios Grand Hotel.

Several taller stacks line the center of the pad, while smaller groupings sit near the edges. A few materials also remain covered nearby.

The update also offers another look at the spotlight units previously installed along the road behind the lagoon. These lights, housed in green enclosures, appear positioned to support nighttime entertainment around the water.

Universal has not officially announced a fireworks show for Epic Universe, but the continued addition of launch equipment and lighting in this area is adding plenty of fuel to fan speculation.

Other supporting evidence for the future nighttime show is the fact that Universal began hiring fireworks technicians this year. Early concept art for Epic Universe also included fireworks, and we know that fireworks were tested at the park before opening.

The potential show could be named “Celestial Goodnight,” according to a trademark filing from last year.
