Crews have installed new concrete forms for future walls or other structures at Tropical Americas in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The new land replaces DinoLand U.S.A.

Near the site of the land’s future carousel is a row of concrete forms just barely peeking over the construction walls. In front of them are is a railing of steel and wood. This is part of a platform for workers to reach the top of the forms and eventually pour concrete inside.

Another form stands closer to the Theater in the Wild, home of Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond! The forms are mostly yellow with steel framing.

“Go-away green” paneling continues to be added to the exterior of the Encanto ride show building. The building will be partially hidden with trees and a Casita facade.

In addition to the carousel and Encanto ride, the land will include an Indiana Jones ride.
